SECTION 1
Content Availability and Restrictions

What I can draw:

  • Original Characters

  • Kemonomimis (humans with animal features)

  • Fan Art

  • Gijinka (objects depicted as humanoids)

  • NSFW (see below)

What I do not draw (non-exhaustive):

  • Furries

  • Political stuff

  • ...things that I wouldn't dream of.

  • ...uh, do I have to write everything down here?

I believe in the customer right to request anything so long as it is artistic, fictional and legal.
Besides that, some themes are a lot harder to do than others will done on a case-by-case basis depending on my skill and confidence.

SECTION 2
Communication, Handling and Payment

Send a direct message on any platforms linked via this carrd, or an email to my service account.
Discord is also available, provided on request for commissions and through other circumstances.

Clearly communicate the details of your commission. A guideline for what you might explain and request is as follows:

  • Required: The type of commission (e.g. standard full-body)

  • Required: Characters and references (absence of references and commissioned design of such will add additional cost)

  • Backgrounds

  • Sketches / rough designs

  • Commercial use cases if any (will add additional cost multiplier)

IMPORTANT: If you are intending to sell on the commissioned art, you MUST provide the use cases.
This is to legitimise your commercial activity and prevent any potential issues from arising from plagiarism, theft etc.

Availability operates on a first-come-first-serve basis. Check the Trello waiting list for currently available slots.Design complexity, volume of work, and external factors such as (but not limited to) life events, other work situations and the artist's wellbeing can variably influence how long it takes to finish the commission.

Payment for commission is handled through PayPal.
Ko-Fi may also be available through a commissions tab.Provide and confirm an email address to receive an invoice for the commission.
Please do not send payment before the invoice is sent to you.Typically, work will not commence until an upfront payment is received.
When in demand, the cut-off for payment is 24 hours, after which the commission may be dropped in place of another.

SECTION 3
Customer Services

While the commission is in progress, you may be contacted about work-in-progress updates.
You are entitled to make changes at these times if (non-exhaustive):

  • Sufficient reference material was provided which supplements the requested changes within reason.

  • Suggested changes will not force the artist to restart the process.

  • The purpose of the commission is generative, i.e. intended to create and design instead of working from existing characters and their references.

Equally, I will exercise right to refuse additional work and will operate based on what is both feasible and comfortable to execute within my ability.

SECTION 4
Usage Rights and Commercial Rights

NRiiyuu holds the full rights to the artwork created.
This may be posted on platforms including, but not limited to, Twitter, Pixiv, and Ko-Fi.Character designs, IPs and source materials used as reference, belong to their respective owners.Artwork is free for personal, non-monetary use.
Credit NRiiyuu correctly when reposting work.Modifying, copying or tracing the artwork, or using any of the artist's work in AI datasets, or creating and selling products containing the work in any form, or any other activity that directly contributes to monetary gain is strictly prohibited.
